Rooted
in Hospitality.
Focused on Execution.
Why Two Tree Was Built
Two Tree was founded by Jay Zweibaum, a hospitality executive with decades of international experience leading service operations across dining, facilities, and environmental services.
After years of working inside large organizations, he saw the same challenge repeating itself—non-clinical departments were under pressure to improve, but lacked the structure, support, or bandwidth to do it alone.
Two Tree was built to fill that gap. The firm brings steady, hands-on support to help operations run better. From short-term assessments to interim leadership, Two Tree helps organizations stabilize departments, build smarter systems, and deliver service that’s both consistent and accountable. It’s consulting that complements your team, not replaces it.
